Reservations made online on the hotel's website become valid only after the written confirmation of the availability of the requested accommodation and, respectively, after the payment of the advance based on the proforma invoice issued.
Check in/check out:
The hotel day starts at 17:00, check-in time and ends at 12:00, check-out time
- an Early Check-in can only be performed within the limit of availability on the day of arrival;
- a Late Check-out is offered subject to availability and is charged as follows:
- between 12.00 - 15.00 - 30% of the accommodation price;
- between 15.00 - 17.00 - 50% of the accommodation price;
- after 17.00 - 100% of the value of the accommodation.
At the time of accommodation, all guests have the obligation to present to the receptionist their own identity document and, as the case may be, the children's identity card: the identity card, the passport and, as the case may be, the birth certificate (in the case of children), the voucher (in in the case of tourists with a stay booked at a travel agency) and to complete the tourist form. The hotel reserves the right not to accommodate guests without identity documents.
If the reservation has not been partially/fully paid, the remaining payment/full payment of the stay is made at the time of check-in.
Unpaid reservations will be processed and guaranteed by the hotel until 18:00 local time. To retain the reservation, reconfirmation by phone is required until 1:00 p.m. on the day of the stay.
Rooms are assigned according to hotel availability on the day of check-in. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a certain room, a certain floor, adjoining rooms, etc. Requests of this kind are considered preferences of tourists, which we try to satisfy within the limits of availability, being excluded from the guarantee.
Cancellation, no-show, modification and penalty:
The cancellation of a fully or partially paid reservation, regardless of the moment of cancellation, is made with the application of a penalty representing the value of the amount paid. Depending on availability, these amounts can be carried over for a future stay.
In case of no-show, the penalty will be 100% of the total services requested and paid.
In the case of already paid reservations, any change of period or name is penalized with 10% of the value of the entire stay.
If the duration of the stay is shortened for reasons independent of the hotel, the hotel has no obligation to refund the value of the unused nights.
It is mandatory to wear the bracelet received at the time of check-in, during the entire stay. Access to the restaurant, swimming pool, beach and sauna will be granted only on the basis of this bracelet.
It is forbidden to alienate the products from the ordered packages to people other than those staying.
It is forbidden to use the towels from the room on the beach or at the hotel pool.
Hotel parking is free and subject to availability. In front of the hotel there is also a public street parking, with payment. Parking spaces can be reserved.
We do NOT assume responsibility for children left unattended in the hotel premises, the beach and the hotel pool.
The hotel has safes/safes in every room. Guests are asked to deposit the values they have with them in these boxes. The hotel administration is not responsible for forgotten, lost, unattended or unprotected objects or valuables.
There are no domestic refrigerators in the rooms, but only small hotel coolers, minibar type, intended exclusively for storing drinks specific to this type of service. The minibar coolers are not able to store food, even more so they cannot ensure the preservation of food for infants and children.
For commercial and sanitary reasons, food and drinks brought from outside are categorically not allowed to be brought inside the hotel and stored in the room or on the balconies. The use of cooking/heating equipment in hotel rooms is strictly prohibited. The hotel reserves the right to evict from the hotel people who bring and use such equipment.
It is not allowed to leave the restaurant with drinks and/or food products during the stay. In exceptional (medical) cases, guests will contact the head chef or the restaurant manager.
If there are people who disturb the peace of the other guests, in the hotel rooms or common spaces, the hotel reserves the right to evict the respective guests.
We recommend decent attire and respect, in the restaurant, elevators and hotel reception, both towards the other guests and towards the hotel staff.
Access with pets is NOT allowed!
Conduct of Tourists and Customers
The hotel reserves the right to select its clientele within the premises, the dependencies and the service areas of the hotel unit.
Customers and tourists will respect the rules of conduct of the hotel unit, as well as the provisions of Law no. 61 / 1991 republished with the subsequent amendments and additions regarding the sanctioning of acts of violation of some norms of social coexistence, public order and tranquility.
By virtue of this prerogative, the hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or service in the restaurant to intoxicated, rude or turbulent customers who, through their attitude, affect the image of the hotel or disturb other hotel customers.
Also, based on a list drawn up based on the negative antecedents of some tourists or clients, the hotel reserves the right to refuse new accommodation to tourists or clients who in previous stays have shown evidence of inappropriate, inappropriate behavior and thereby created a discomfort to other customers or tourists of the accommodation unit, and/or have caused damages of any kind to the hotel unit. In the event that, for any reason, these customers or tourists have been booked for a stay, the hotel will proceed to cancel the stay and will refund the amounts related to the accommodation and other facilities (if contracted) made available by the unit hotelier.
